The Sudden and illegal Movement of MODI

The sudden and illegal movement of MODI, occupied by Jammu & Kashmir, was a moment of truth for Pakistan, Kashmir, India's 'secularist' and the world community. In Pakistan, those who have thought that a compromise with Jammu and Kashmir will end India's hostility and promote cooperation. For Modi and his BJP-RSS cohort, it is clear that 'final solutions' for Kashmir (via demographic change) and hostility to Pakistan are not just election art.

Pakistan had to adapt quickly to this ugly reality

They are part of their superiorist vision for Hindu India to be mercilessly realized. Pakistan had to adapt quickly to this ugly reality. Prime Minister Im Ran Khan believes Pakistan's restraint from his previous dialogue proposals and military exchanges in February was believed to be a sign of weakness and scarcity by Modi. He is currently dedicated to advocating Kashmir's spokesperson as the "ambassador" of Kasmir. Pakistan's initial diplomatic response was standard by the ambassador's recall, termination of trade, and the approach to the UN and human rights groups.

The initiative to raise Kashmir at the UN Security Council was bold. The UNSC's “Informal Consultation” on Jammu Kashmir represents Pakistan's apparent diplomatic victory, agreed by all 15 after 50 years of General Assembly negotiations. This confirmed that Jammu Kashmir is a conflict zone and not an internal problem in India. The council will now actively capture this issue and recognize the continued development of Kashmir in India.

The legitimacy of the Kasumiris struggle must be disseminated on the basis of international law. Strong concerns have been raised by the UN and world human rights groups (except strangely Pakistani groups) on India's 24-hour curfew, communication and news blackouts, arbitrary arrests and violent and deadly protests. Islamabad announced that Pakistan's foreign minister will raise human rights violations in India at the Human Rights Council in Geneva in early September.

Prime Minister Imran Khan

In his speech, Prime Minister Imran Khan declared that he would strongly declare Kashmir's cause in talks with the UN General Assembly (reported on September 27) and with other state and government heads. Sadly, the so-called free press in India flocked to the illegal move to integrate Moshi's Kashmir and prevented massive repression there, but some of the Pakistani media have already begun to warn of the PTI government's failure to establish Kashmir policy. Ignores what the criticism of the oppressed Kasumiris scam has achieved and its terrible impact, and secures external support.

There is no doubt that the Arab and Islamic worlds are weak and divided. OIC's voice was muted not only in Kashmir, but also in Palestine, the cause of its creation. Pakistan cannot immediately restore its unity and influence. But Kuwait supported UNSC. Saudi Arabia has issued concerns. The same is true of the OIC Secretariat and the Islamic Human Rights Commission. Hopefully OIC will eventually come together to defend Kasiris' basic rights.

More important is the position of the main authority, especially the five permanent members of the UNSC. Geopolitics play an important role in determining their location. So far, China has declared it supports Pakistan's position. Pakistan's strategy must be based on this important support. Russia will maintain a close relationship between traditional relations with India, new strategic partnerships with China, and new strategic alliances with Pakistan.

The United States will use India's own vulnerabilities, created by Kashmir, in conjunction with Pakistan to induce Afghanistan to trade with the Taliban. (Trump's proposal for arbitration was not the beginning and should not turn Pakistan's attention.) France is desperate to replace Russia with India's main weapons supplier and will continue to act as India's representative at UNSC.

While strategizing with China's support

The UK may be sympathetic on human rights issues, but like many others, it will avoid the meaningless advocacy of the 'bilateral' talks between Pakistan and India on the Kashmir dispute. While strategizing with China's support, Pakistan will have to secure US dissemination of its Kashmir targets. To this end, Islamabad can use the leverage provided through the US-Taliban negotiations. France should be neutralized by more powerful diplomacy and other measures.

Forcing the Security Council and the international community to intervene in disputes and seek solutions is Pakistan's sustainability of spreading the causes of Kashmir in the face of Indian threats and coercion, and more importantly, the Kashmir people's freedom struggle. If ethnic cleansing and genocide occur in Kashmir or there is a real danger of other Pakistan-India wars, the world will intervene.

Faced with Modi's attempt to remove Kashmir's identity and autonomy, the Osamu Jammu and Kashmir people have no choice but to resist. This will now be a universal feeling for Kasumiris. There are very few fencesitters or Indian cooperators. Among Kashmiris, support for armed resistance will be higher. Armed groups, especially Aboriginal groups such as Hizbul Mujahideen, will lead the new struggle, not Hurriyet's political leadership.

Kashmiri struggle

Pakistan should take a clear and politically defensive position on the Kashmiri free struggle. On the one hand, the legitimacy of the struggle based on international law and numerous UN resolutions should be disseminated. Meanwhile, Islamabad will have to stay away from terrorist organizations that could enter into the fight expected by the occupation of Jammu & Kashmir.

Ultimately, if India faces the Kashmir rebellion, Pakistan resilience, international pressures and economic deterioration, we can agree to negotiate a mutually agreed agreement with Pakistan and Kasmir. But Hindu fascists can choose not to compromise. Occupying Kashmir, Pakistan will launch another war with Pakistan, bringing Armageddon to South Asia and around the world.
